Last modified: April 11, 2013 Ordering Information All Products with a Paypal button may be ordered using your Paypal account or with a Credit Card right from our website.  Paypal manages credit card payments for us through their secure shopping cart software. There’s no need to have a Paypal account. We accept direct payment with Visa, Discover and Mastercard. Call us at 860-643-1550 or 860-647-8719 with any questions and to place a credit card order over the phone. All items may be ordered with a check/money order made out to CFR ( - Tangerine Racing Products) and mailed to our business address.  Please contact us so we will be expecting the arrival of your payment. Most of our products are priced with US shipping included.  Some items are listed with only 48 state shipping included and require additional payment for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska will receive a Paypal Request for Payment to cover additional shipping costs as needed. When orders for multiple items (with included shipping) are placed we’ll promptly refund excess shipping/handling charges wherever possible. Some of the small parts on our website have no shipping included in the price. Add them to any order with items which do include shipping and we’ll include the small parts with no added shipping charge. We’ve provided a Small Parts Shipping Paypal Button (for items totalling up to 8 ounces) on the webpage for your convenience.  Orders we receive without any shipping payment will be issued a separate Paypal Request For Payment with an extra handling charge. Most items are kept in stock and usually ship within 48 hours.  If any items are out of stock and shipment will be delayed by more than a week we will contact you.  A 1% fee will be added to orders paid with funds originating outside the US. International customers will be emailed a Paypal Request for Payment to cover added shipping costs and the 1% fee.   We use the US Postal Service whenever possible for shipping international orders. They are the most cost effective method up to their size limitations. Feel free to contact us in advance and we’ll determine the additional required payment. Component Services listed with a Paypal button may be ordered the same as our products. Turnaround time is usually about 2 weeks from the time we receive your parts. Local customers may prefer to pay for and pick up their products at our facility.  Shipping and Handling charges will be deducted from the posted price, however 6.35% Connecticut sales tax will be added. Please contact us ahead of time if you wish to pick up your items here. Orders shipped to a CT address will be billed for 6.35% state sales tax before shipping. Rebuilt/upgraded 914 components which we offer may have a core charge.  We need your old parts so we can continue to make these upgraded components. Core Charge refunds are subject to a 60 day time limit.
